About Wagner Pension Service

Wagner Pension Services, LLC is a full service actuarial firm.  We design, install and administer all types of pension plans: Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution, including 401(k) Plans and Cross Tested Plans.  We also handle 403(b) plans from non-profit organizations.

Our office is located in Orange County NY.  However, we administer qualified retirement plans all over New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Texas and California.  Wagner Pension Services, LLC handles plans of any size and we have many clients with 1-75 employees.  We also have some clients with 100 employees or more. 

Duane Wagner and Louise Messina are Wagner Pension's two principle officers. Our in-house enrolled actuary, Duane Wagner, specializes in Defined Benefit Plans.  He has more than 30 years experience in the business.

Our other principal, Louise Messina, has more than 27 years experience as a pension administrator.  She handles both Defined Benefit and many types of Defined Contribution Plans.  She also administers 403(b) Plans.

Both of our principals are members of ASPPA, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.  Duane Wagner and Louise Messina have written and given seminars on the subject of Retirement Plan Design to business owners, accountants, human resources directors, financial planners, insurance agents and lawyers.  Both of them have also given seminars and enrollment meetings to participants to explain their employer's plan to them.  Both Louise and Duane are licensed insurance and securities agents.
